Spark Math is celebrating Spring with families across California. We started off the season with 3 great educational events at the San Jose STEM Resource Fair, the Silicon Valley Camp and School Fair, and the 3rd Annual STEM Frenzy Festival. Each of these events gave us the opportunity to introduce new families to Spark Math with fun games, interactive materials, and great gifts of our favorite mascots, Benny and friends. Let’s explore how we help kids get excited about learning!
The Next Generation of Math & STEM
The importance of tech in the Silicon Valley area of California isn’t new, it’s the home of some of the biggest tech innovators in the world. With STEM standing for science, technology (including computer science), engineering, and math, it’s no wonder that tech learning and STEM-focused events are supported by local organizations like the City of San Jose, Stem Frenzy and local businesses like Stanford Medicine, a leader in children’s health.
From San Jose STEM Resource Fair to the Annual STEM Fenzy Festival, we were excited to see organizations and companies come out to share their information and resources to make sure the tech industry has a bright and diverse future. We were also happy to showcase our award-winning math learning program to more families. Our proprietary curriculum, a winner of the 2023 Parent and Teacher Choice Award and EdTech Asia “Best Interactive Learning Experience”, is designed to enable the best math learning experience in a fun, engaging, and results-driven way. Creating the next wave of math and tech all-stars is what every passionate educator at Spark Math aims to do.
Spark Math Brings Fun Challenges to all our Events!
Spark Math is all about making math a fun challenge to help build future problem solvers. Sharing fun activities and our gamified learning courseware at these events helps show how math can be exciting and engaging. Kids also have the chance to try their hands at some fun number puzzles and coloring activities, and spin the wheel to win some plushies or book bags with our favorite Math loving Monkey Benny.
